Faulty or Damaged Items Only

Refunds are only offered in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at littlesprouts.accessories@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

How to Return an item

• Contact Us - Please reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Ship It Back - Once you are ready to ship, securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to us. 
• Refund - After we receive the returned item, we?ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Note: Please note that original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
 
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 92 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

 

No Refunds for Change of Mind
 
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. This includes:

• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer needing the item
• Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven?t received your refund after it?s been processed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
