We offer a fixed shipping rate for all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping - Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. You can track your order online via our carrier’s website.​
Lost or Damage Item
We take great care in packing your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation. We’ll work with you to either resend the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost Items - If the tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbors. If it’s still not found, let us know, and we’ll help you initiate a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement if applicable.

Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items, and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
