- A description of the fault
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
How to Return an item
- Contact Us - Please reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Ship It Back - Once you are ready to ship, securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to us.
- Refund - After we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Note: Please note that original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 91 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.No Refunds for Change of Mind
