Faulty or Damaged Items Only

Refunds are only offered in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at littlesprouts.accessories@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

 

How to Return an item

• Contact Us - Please reach out to us with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Ship It Back - Once you are ready to ship, securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to us. 
• Refund - After we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Note: Please note that original Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
 
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 92 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

 

No Refunds for Change of Mind
 
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases. This includes:

• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer needing the item
• Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven’t received your refund after it’s been processed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time to reflect in your account.

If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. You can track your order online via our carrier’s website.
